Welcome to My Website
With thirty years of furniture making experience, I build custom one-of-a-kind furniture and cabinetry.
Each piece is built entirely by hand of select domestic hardwoods and softwoods.
Traditional joinery techniques such as mortise and tenon, hand cut dovetails, and sliding dovetails are used.
Particular attention is paid to the effects of wood movement on the joinery of the finished piece.
I will build furniture of all styles, but my specialty is the Craftsman Style.

Solar Kiln
Environmental Conservation
The trees for my furniture are sustainably harvested local hardwoods and softwoods. All lumber is dried on-site using a solar kiln which produces a high quality product with very low energy input. Woods used are red oak, ash, beech, red maple, sugar maple, yellow birch, poplar and white pine.
Design Process
You will be involved in the design process to ensure that the furniture meets your requirements and you are thoroughly happy with the end result. Attention is paid to this design so the finished piece is authentic in appearance. All finish formulas are kept on file for future reference.
